The literary data opening questions of studying of physiological activity of various representative s of a genus Astragalus are provided. The chemical composition of extracts of plants of this genus and feature of separate types is in detail described. It is shown that extracts of plants of a genus Astragalus show anti-hypoxemic, a nksiolitichesky, nootropic, antioxidant, immunomodu latory, immunocorrective, antimicrobic activity against the stressornykh of influences. The chemical compositi on of extract of Astragalus fox, growing in the Astrakhan region, containing besides a complex of biological ly active connections, such as alkaloids, sugar is described, flavonoids, saponina, selenium and others copper a nd manganese that allows to expect new types of biolog ical activity of its extracts contains microcells, and also defines relevance of research.
