Astrakhan state medical University, Astrakhan, Rus sia (414000, Astrakhan, street Bakinskaya, 121), e -mail: [email protected] The study presents the study of the dynamics of fre e radical processes of lipid peroxidation (malondia ldehyde indicators) in plasma at rest, with immobilization stress and the pharmacological correction of stress (injection of -tocopherol, and cycloferon combination) in Mature and aged rats. The results of our research reflect the level of free radical processes, the intensity of w hich increases with aging and stress and leveled ph armacological agents, antioxidants, immunomodulators. Immobilizat ion stress aged rats led to a significant increase in the number of malonic dialdehyde in blood plasma is 95% , compared with rats, at rest, 31.7% higher than in young rats. Correcting the activity of the preparations o f the three groups was observed in rats of all stud ied ages, but especially for older animals. The most pronounced a ntioxidant effect was provided by a complex of -tocopherol + cycloferon in stressed aged rats.
